Manufactured Homes are built in a controlled environment and are built to the national HUD building code.
Park Model Homes are limited to no more than 400 square feet of living space and are constructed in accordance with the RPTIA.
Special Use Units are other types of projects ranging from temporary living quarters and worker housing to motel units, apartments, offices, transportable beauty salons, senior citizen independent living complexes and assisted living group homes.

Park Model Homes are available with a variety of high-quality interiors, exteriors and furnishings. All Park Model Homes come with full-size appliances and regular-sized bathrooms.
While most Park Model Homes are one-bedroom, we offer select two-bedroom plans, loft plans, bunk beds and sleeper-sofas. For use as a guest cottage or vacation rental a Park Model Home can easily provide comfortable sleeping accommodations for 6 to 8 people.
